To provide a box-shaped sandbag for stacking in which a connection part in a vertical direction of the box-shaped sandbag for stacking to be stacked is reinforced, and a method for constructing a structure using the box-shaped sandbag for stacking.SOLUTION: A box-shaped sandbag 100 for stacking has a space S filled with a content formed therein and constructs a structure by being stacked. The box-shaped sandbag 100 for stacking has rectangular wire mesh parts 111 and 123, and includes a plurality of side walls 110 and 120 for partitioning the periphery of the space S.
