To maintain a suitable wet condition for curing.SOLUTION: A curing mat 4 is arranged on a vertical surface 3 of concrete 2 for curing, and a moisture sensor 5 covered with a porous material 6 is arranged between the vertical surface 3 of the concrete 2 and the curing mat 4, and water supply means 7 is driven based on a measured value of the moisture sensor 5 to water the curing mat 4. A water supply threshold is set based on the measured value of the moisture sensor 5 under the condition suitable for curing obtained in a preliminary experiment, and control means is provided to control the water supply means according to the water supply threshold, so that the control means 8 controls the water supply means 7 according to the water supply threshold obtained in the preliminary experiment, thereby labor of water supply work is reduced, and labor saving is achieved. In particular, by using the threshold obtained in the preliminary experiment, curing can be performed in accordance with an actual site, and the high-quality concrete 2 can be obtained.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】養生に適した湿潤状態に保持する。【解決手段】養生のためにコンクリート2の縦面3に養生マット4を配置し、これらコンクリート2の縦面3と養生マット4の間に、多孔質素材6で覆った水分センサ5を配置し、この水分センサ5の測定値に基づいて給水手段7を駆動して養生マット4に給水する。予備実験により得られた養生に適した状態における水分センサ5の測定値から給水閾値を設定し、この給水閾値により給水手段を制御する制御手段を備備えるから、制御手段8が、予備実験で得られた給水閾値により給水手段7を制御するため、給水作業の手間が削減され、省力化が図れる。特に、予備実験で得らえた閾値を用いることにより、実際の現場にあった養生を行うことができ、品質の高いコンクリート2が得られる。【選択図】図1
