To provide a height adjusting plate capable of easily mounting a screw shaft in a screw hole groove of a plate-like body and removing the screw shaft from the screw hole groove of the plate-like body, by moving the plate-like body with respect to the screw shaft.SOLUTION: A height adjusting plate X has a plate-like body 1 having a screw hole groove 8 into which a screw shaft Y is inserted, and a spring wire material S cantilevered by the plate-like body 1 on the side of a first groove side surface 21 of the screw hole groove 8. The spring wire material S has a spring protrusion S3 on the side of the free end n of a second vertical spring wire portion SB. A spring wire material S presses a spring protrusion part S3 against a peripheral surface Ya1 of the screw shaft Y on the side of a first groove side surface 21 with a predetermined force or more as a plate-shaped body 1 moves with respect to the screw shaft Y inserted in a screw hole groove 8, thereby elastically deforming a second vertical spring wire part SB while sliding the spring protrusion part S3 against the peripheral surface Ya1 to retract the spring protrusion part S3 from the screw hole groove 8 to the inside of the plate-shaped body 1 on the side of the first groove side surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】 本発明は、ネジ軸に対する板状体の移動によって、容易に、板状体のネジ穴溝にネジ軸を装着でき、板状体のネジ穴溝からネジ軸を取外すこのできる高さ調整プレートを提供する。【解決手段】 高さ調整プレートXは、ネジ軸Yが挿入されるネジ穴溝8を有する板状体1と、ネジ穴溝8の第1溝側面21の側の板状体1に片持ち支持されるバネ線材Sを備える。バネ線材8は、第2縦バネ線部SBの自由端nの側にバネ突出部S3を有する。バネ線材Sは、ネジ穴溝8に挿入されたネジ軸Yに対する板状体1の移動に伴って、バネ突出部S3を所定の力以上でネジ軸Yの第1溝側面21の側の周面Ya1に押付けることで、バネ突出部S3を周面Ya1に摺動しつつ、第2縦バネ線部SBを弾性変形して、バネ突出部S3をネジ穴溝8から第1溝側面の側の板状体1の内側に退避する。【選択図】 図2
