REGENERATION METHOD OF FLOOR DRAIN TRAP
To easily regenerate a drain channel of a drain trap while maintaining the drain channel without processing the drain trap, and to ensure connection to a drain part of a bathroom, a unit bath or the like.SOLUTION: A regeneration method of a floor drain trap comprises the step of: abutting a regeneration connection pipe 7 against the open end of a cylindrical portion 2b of a trap and fixing the outside thereof with a bonding agent 8; polishing the inner surface of a cylindrical portion 2b and the inner surface of a drain pipe 3; spreading one end of a resin absorbent material 11 not impregnated with resin paint to the outer periphery of the open end of the regeneration connection pipe 7; supplying compressed air into a balloon and attaching the resin absorbent material 11 to the inner wall of the regeneration connection pipe 7, the cylindrical portion 2b and the inside of the drain pipe 3 by expanding the balloon; after the resin absorbent material is cured, contracting and recovering the balloon and applying resin paint to the resin absorbent material spread around the open end of the regeneration connection pipe 7; filling the outside of the connection portion of the trap to the regeneration connection pipe 7 with a mortar 9; and connecting the drain pipe 3 of a unit bath to the regeneration connection pipe 7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 14
【課題】排水トラップを加工せずに容易に排水トラップの排水流路を維持した状態に再生することができると共に、浴室やユニットバス等の排水部との接続を確実にする。【解決手段】再生接続管7をトラップの筒部2bの開口端部に当接して、その外側を接合剤8で固定する工程と、筒部2bの内面及び排水管3の内面を研磨する工程と、樹脂塗料が含浸されない樹脂吸収材11の一端部を再生接続管7の開口端外周部に展着する工程と、バルーン内に圧縮エアーを供給して、バルーンの膨張によって樹脂吸収材11を再生接続管7の内壁及び筒部2bと排水管3内に付着させる工程と、樹脂吸収材の硬化後、バルーンを収縮して回収し、再生接続管7の開口端外周に展着された樹脂吸収材に樹脂塗料を塗布する工程と、トラップにおける再生接続管7との接続部の外側にモルタル9を充填する工程と、再生接続管7にユニットバスの排水管3を接続する工程とを備える。【選択図】 図14
