To provide a water stop joint which prevents water from entering bolt fixing holes in the frame or panel holes in the front panel of a building after construction.SOLUTION: A water stop joint 10 consists of a metal bolt to bridge over with a bolt fixing hole 1 provided in a frame B and a panel hole 2 provided in a front panel P, the water stop joint 10 is provided with an external screw 11 at its tip, a first ring-shaped waterproof rubber 13 made of synthetic rubber is inserted through the tip, and a second ring waterproof rubber 14, which is of the same constitution as the first ring-shaped waterproof rubber, is inserted through the rear end. The external screw 11 at the tip is screwed on an inner screw 3a of an anchor 3 in the bolt fixing hole 1, the first ring-shaped waterproof rubber 13 is fitted in the bolt fixing hole 1 and the second ring waterproof rubber 14 is fitted in the panel hole 2 of the front panel P.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】工事後の建造物の躯体のボルト固定孔、及び前面パネルのパネル孔への浸水を防止する止水ジョイントを提供する。【解決手段】躯体Ｂに設けたボルト固定孔１と前面パネルＰに設けたパネル孔２との間に掛け渡すための金属ボルトから成る止水ジョイント１０であり、この止水ジョイント１０は先端に外ねじ１１を設け、先端部に合成ゴムから成る円環状の第１環状防水ゴム１３を挿通し、後端部に同様の第２環状防水ゴム１４を挿通する。先端の外ねじ１１をボルト固定孔１内のアンカー３の内ねじ３ａに螺合すると共に、ボルト固定孔１内に第１環状防水ゴム１３を嵌合し、前面パネルＰのパネル孔２内に第２環状防水ゴム１４を嵌合する。【選択図】図４
