To surely achieve opening/closing of a flow passage and adjustment of a flow rate by the rotation of a water discharge pipe with respect to a water faucet for a long time, to easily perform opening/closing of the flow passage and adjustment of the flow rate, and to acquire a high water saving effect.SOLUTION: When a spindle joint 2 is positioned at the uppermost stream side position, a contact part 12 comes into contact with a valve member 51, the upstream side of a gap 7 is closed, water which has flowed to the upstream end side in a body 1 from a water supply pipeline is stopped at a valve part 5 and does not flow into the gap 7, and water does not flow from a water discharge pipe 130. When the water discharge pipe 130 is rotated with the spindle joint 2, the spindle joint 2 moves from the uppermost stream side position to the downstream side, contact between the contact part 12 and the valve member 51 is released, and the water which has flowed to the upstream end side in the body 1 from the water supply pipeline is discharged from the water discharge pipe 130 via an opening part 24 and a communication part 25 from part of a spindle male screw part 22 and part of the gap 7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】給水栓に対する吐水パイプの回動による流路の開閉及び流量の調節を長期間にわたって確実に実現でき、流路の開閉及び流量の調節を容易にできるとともに高い節水効果を得ることができるようにする。【解決手段】スピンドル継手2が最上流側位置に位置すると、当接部12と弁部材51とが当接し、間隙7の上流側が閉鎖され、給水配管から本体1内の上流端側に流れた水は、弁部5で止水されて間隙7に流入せず、吐水パイプ130から水は流れない。吐水パイプ130をスピンドル継手2とともに回動させると、スピンドル継手2が最上流側位置から下流側に移動し、当接部12と弁部材51との当接が解除され、給水配管から本体1内の上流端側に流れた水は、スピンドル雄ねじ部22の一部及び間隙7の一部から開口部24及び連通部25を経由して吐水パイプ130から吐水される。【選択図】図2
