FIXING STRUCTURE FOR FITTED WINDOW
To provide a fixed structure between a frame member and a window frame that is difficult to lose the holding power of a glass face material against the heat of fire from the outdoor side in a fitted window in which a frame-assembled sash is built and fixed inside the window frame.SOLUTION: A face member holding part 26 having a groove-shaped cross-section is formed on an inner peripheral part of an upper frame member 21 of a sash 2, a glass falling prevention metal bracket 31 is attached to the groove, a sash mounting metal bracket 4 is attached to a prospective surface on the outer side of the upper frame member 21, the glass falling prevention metal bracket 31, the upper frame member 21 and the sash mounting metal bracket 4 are integrally joined via a screw member 53 that passes through them in inward and outward directions, a gasket 33 wound around a peripheral edge of a glass face member 32 is fitted into the face member holding part 26 and is held by the glass falling prevention metal bracket 31, and one end of the sash mounting metal bracket 4 extends to the indoor side to be joined to a window frame 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】框組みした障子を窓枠内に建て込んで固定する嵌め殺し窓において、屋外側からの火熱に対してもガラス面材の保持力を失いにくい框材と窓枠との固定構造を提供する。【解決手段】障子２の上框材２１の内周部に溝形断面の面材保持部２６が形成されて、その溝内にガラス脱落防止金具３１が添接されるとともに、上框材２１の外側の見込面に障子取付金具４が添接され、ガラス脱落防止金具３１、上框材２１および障子取付金具４が、それらを内外方向に貫通するネジ部材５３を介して一体的に結合され、ガラス面材３２の周縁部に巻き回されたガスケット３３が面材保持部２６に嵌め込まれてガラス脱落防止金具３１により保持され、障子取付金具４の一端が屋内側に延設されて窓枠１に結合される。【選択図】図１
