To provide a construction plate shaping machine that easily and quickly forms a risen part on both sides of a width direction of a construction plate which has continuous mountain-shaped parts with a triangular cross section along a longer direction and forms an arc shape along the longer direction and a horizontal plane.SOLUTION: A construction plate shaping machine includes: a plurality of upper and lower sets of molding roll parts A rising vertically from a gentle inclined shape on one side in a width direction; and a rise height adjustment device 3 having a position regulation unit 31 for regulating a position of a raw material P in front of an installation position of a first shaping roll part A1 positioned. The rise height adjustment device 3 can change a position along the width direction in a state where the raw material P is properly arranged. The raw material P is formed in an arc shape along the longer direction and a horizontal plane. A rising part 92 is formed by shaping one side edge and the other side edge in the width direction of the raw material P one by one in order via the molding roll unit A.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】長手方向に沿って断面三角形状の山形部が連続すると共に、長手方向及び水平面上に沿って弧状となる建築用板の幅方向両側に立上り部を簡易且つ迅速に形成する建築用板成形機を提供する。【解決手段】幅方向の一方側に緩傾斜状から垂直状に立ち上げる複数の上下一組の成形ロール部Ａと、第１番目に位置する成形ロール部Ａ１の設置位置の前方には原材Ｐの位置を規制する位置規制部３１を有する立上り高さ調整装置３とを備えること。該立上り高さ調整装置３は原材Ｐが適正に配置された状態における幅方向に沿う位置を変更可能とし、原材Ｐは、長手方向及び水平面上に沿って弧状としたもので、且つ立上り部９２は成形ロール部Ａによって原材Ｐの幅方向一方側の辺と他方側の辺を、１つずつ順番に形成してなる。【選択図】図３
