To control deformation of sound absorbing units.SOLUTION: A sound absorption unit in accordance with an aspect of the present disclosure comprises: a perforation plate in which a plurality of perforations through which sound waves can enter are formed; a support plate provided perpendicularly to the perforation plate at an outer edge of the perforation plate; and a plurality of side walls vertically supported on an inner surface of the support plate and arranged at a distance in a width direction from each other, where the perforation plate, the support plate, and the side walls constitute a plurality of waveguides adjacent to each other in the width direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
