To provide a blower which can ease restriction of a height of a blower capable of generating a surface airflow in a place where the blower is arranged, and a private room type booth having the blower.SOLUTION: A blower 100 includes: hollow-shaped nozzles 90 which are erected with a wall surface as a base end, and has a first blow-out port 91 for blowing a first airflow F1 provided at its tip; and second blow-out ports 61 for blowing a second air flow F2 between the adjacent nozzles 90. The nozzles 90 are arranged side by side in the short side direction of the nozzles 90. The second blow-out ports 61 are arranged on one end side in the long side direction of the nozzles 90.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
