BEAM CONNECTION STRUCTURE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
To prevent a strain concentration or a breakage when a bevel opened opposite to a web is formed at an end of a flange in a beam connection structure formed between a beam of H-shaped cross section and a support member.SOLUTION: In a beam connection structure, a scallop is formed at an end in a material axis direction of a web of a beam of H-shaped cross section, an opening edge of the scallop is formed apart from the inner surface of a flange and comprises first and second side end surfaces and first and second plate surfaces, a backing strip with a notch not penetrating to the second plate surface and opened only at the second side end surface side is arranged on the first plate surface, the first side end surface is abutted onto the support member, the first plate surface is abutted onto the inner surface of at least one flange, a bottom surface of the notch is abutted onto the opening edge of the scallop, and a bevel and an area enclosed by the bottom surface of the notch formed at a bottom of the bevel, a protrusion between the notch and the first side end surface and an end surface of the web following the opening edge of the scallop are filled with a weld metal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】H形断面梁と支持部材との間に形成される梁接合構造において、フランジの端部にウェブとは反対側に向けて開いた開先が形成される場合にひずみの集中や破断を防止する。【解決手段】H形断面梁のウェブの材軸方向の端部にスカラップが形成され、スカラップの開口縁はフランジの内面から離間して形成され、第1および第2の側端面と、第1および第2の板面とを含み、第1の板面に第2の板面まで貫通せず第2の側端面側にのみ開放された切り欠きが形成された裏当金が配置され、第1の側端面は支持部材に当接され、第1の板面は少なくとも一方のフランジの内面に当接され、切り欠きの底面はスカラップの開口縁に当接され、開先と、開先の底部に形成された、切り欠きの底面、切り欠きと第1の側端面との間の凸部、およびスカラップの開口縁に続くウェブの端面によって囲まれる領域とが溶接金属で充填された梁接合構造が提供される。【選択図】図4
