To solve problems of a conventional technique in which a temporary floor is simply placed on top of Tatami mats and flooring materials are adhered as necessary and placed on the Tatami mats, causing problems such as steps etc. and resilient feeling when walking, or in another technique, causing problems such as forming Tatami mat areas and flooring areas adjacent to each other; which are fundamentally different from present invention that removes Tatami mats and makes a western-style room.SOLUTION: There is provided a renovation material for replacing a Japanese-style room with a Western-style room, in which a substrate is installed on top of a base that can be folded and opened, and a finishing material is placed on the top of the substrate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 従来技術においては、仮床を畳の上に載置するだけの敷設であり、必要に応じて床材を貼着するもので、畳の上に設けるものであるため、段差等の処理に問題があり、どうしても歩く時にふあふあ感が残ってしまう。また、別の従来技術においても、畳の区域とフローリングの区域が互いに隣接して形成されるもので、本発明のような畳を取り除いて洋室にするものとは基本的に異なるものである。【解決手段】 建物の和室を洋室に替えるリフォーム時に使用するもので、折り畳み及び開放可能な基台の上面に、基板を設け、この基板の上面に仕上材を設けてなることを特徴とする。【選択図】図１
