To provide a housing renovation method and the like capable of preventing condensation in a first chamber with relatively poor insulation performance while taking in fresh outside air to a living room where insulation performance is enhanced by partial insulation renovation.SOLUTION: A renovation method of housing 1 including: a first living room 30 including air supply means 20 for introducing outside air Ao; a first room 31 directly adjacent to the first living room 30 via a first partition 11; and a second room 32 directly or indirectly adjacent to the first living room 30 via a second partition 12, includes: a first step of improving the insulation performance of the wall and/or partition enclosing the first living room 30 and the second room 32; and a second step of renovating the first partition 11 and/or the second partition 12 so that the air tightness of the first partition 11 is higher than the air tightness of the second partition 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 部分断熱リフォームで断熱性能が高められたリビングに新鮮な外気を導入しつつ、相対的に断熱性能が劣る第１室での結露を防止できる住宅のリフォーム方法等を提供する。【解決手段】 外気Ａｏを導入する給気手段２０を備えている第１居室３０と、第１居室３０に第１間仕切り１１を介して直接的に隣接する第１室３１と、第１居室３０に第２間仕切り１２を介して直接的又は間接的に隣接する第２室３２とを含む住宅１のリフォーム方法であって、第１居室３０と第２室３２とを囲む壁及び／又は間仕切りの断熱性能を、既存の状態よりも向上させる第１工程と、第１間仕切り１１の気密性が第２間仕切り１２の気密性よりも高くなるように、第１間仕切り１１及び／又は第２間仕切り１２を改修する第２工程とを含む。【選択図】 図１
