To provide a sound proof chamber relating to the sound proof chamber made of wood as main material mainly installed in a room, which is allowed to be installed outdoor by adding a roof.SOLUTION: A wooden sound proof chamber is provided with: a box-shaped body 20 by connecting wall panels W, floor panels F, and ceiling panels C manufactured in a factory; and a roof unit 30 installed upon outdoor installation. Each panel W, F, and C is provided with an inner decorative plate 1, a face plate 2, and an outer decorative plate 3 made of plywood, wherein a sound proof material 8 is placed between the inner decorative 1 and the face plate 2, and a heat insulator 9 is placed between the face plate 2 and the outer decorative plate 3. As on one of two panels connected diagonally to each other, a protruded part 11 with a protruded size equal to thickness of the other of the panel is arranged, the protruded part 11 is connected to frame materials 4, 5 of the other of the panels with bolt nuts, wood screws, adhesive, and the like.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】主として屋内に設置する木材を主材料とする防音室に関し、屋根を付加するのみで屋外設置にも対応可能な防音室を提供する。【解決手段】工場生産された壁パネルＷ、床パネルＦ及び天井パネルＣを結合した箱形の本体２０と、屋外設置の際に設置される屋根ユニット３０とを備える。前記パネルＷ、Ｆ及びＣは、合板からなる内装板１、面板２及び外装板３を備え、内装板１と面板２との間に防音材８が配置され、面板２と外装板３との間に断熱材９が配置されている。直角に結合される２枚の前記パネルの一方には、他方のパネル厚さに相当する張り出し寸法の張出部１１設けられており、この張出部１１を他方のパネルの内外の枠材４、５にボルトナット、木ねじ、接着剤などで結合する。【選択図】図３
