To provide a floor base that has improved degrees of freedom in shape and also in color design and enables a floor material fixed thereto, and a simple construction floor unit with the floor material fixed to the same.SOLUTION: A floor base comprises a frame, a rib structure in the frame, a first projection projecting at a side of the frame and a receiving part into which a first projection of the other floor base coupled at the side of the frame is fitted, with a floor material being fixed to an upper surface of the rib structure.
