To provide a rainwater drainage device for enabling efficient drainage of rainwater by effectively generating a siphon phenomenon in a water distributing pipe and eliminating factors interrupting the generation of the siphon phenomenon.SOLUTION: A rainwater drainage device 10 includes a base part 11, and a cover part 12, the base part 11 having a bottom face 11a, and a dropping mouth 11b for rainwater to be dropped therethrough into the approximately center of the bottom face 11a, the dropping mouth 11b being connected to a roof drain 21, the cover part 12 being arranged above the dropping mouth 11b of the base part 11 at a predetermined space from the bottom face 11a. A diameter b of a virtual circle inscribed in the face of the cover part opposed to the dropping mouth is 130-300 mm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】配水管内において効果的にサイフォン現象を発生させるとともに、サイフォン現象の発生を阻害する要因を排除して、効率よく雨水を排水することが可能な雨水排水装置を提供する。【解決手段】雨水排水装置１０は、ベース部１１と、蓋部１２と、を備えている。ベース部１１は、底面１１ａと、底面１１ａの略中心に雨水を落下させる落とし口１１ｂとを有し、落とし口１１ｂがルーフドレン２１に接続される。蓋部１２は、ベース部１１の落とし口１１ｂの上方に、底面１１ａから所定の隙間をあけて配置されている。落とし口に対向する蓋部の面に内接する仮想円の直径ｂは、１３０ｍｍ以上３００ｍｍ以下である。【選択図】図４
