EXISTING STRUCTURE REHABILITATION SYSTEM AND EXISTING STRUCTURE REHABILITATION METHOD
To provide an existing structure rehabilitation system and an existing structure rehabilitation method that can improve workability of quality inspection of a back-filling material and enable a highly objective quality control.SOLUTION: An existing structure rehabilitation system 10 comprises: a rehabilitation structure 20 installed inside an existing structure 40; and a back-filling material 30 injected between the existing structure and the rehabilitation structure, in which the existing structure and the rehabilitation structure are integrated by curing the backfilling material. The rehabilitation system 10 comprises: a temperature sensor, attached at the rehabilitation structure, that can detect a temperature at which the backfilling material is cured and can transmit a detection result by wireless communication; and an information processing device 44, located outside the existing structure, that records preliminarily acquired data relating to a heat generation temperature when the backfilling material is cured, and records temperature data received from the temperature sensor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】裏込め材の品質検査の作業性を向上させることができ、客観性の高い品質管理が可能な既設構造物の更生システム及び既設構造物の更生方法を提供すること。【解決手段】既設構造物40の内側に設置される更生用構造物20と、前記既設構造物と前記更生用構造物との間に注入される裏込め材30と、を備え、前記裏込め材の硬化により前記既設構造物と前記更生用構造物とが一体化する既設構造物の更生システム10。更生システム10は、前記更生用構造物に取り付けられ、前記裏込め材が硬化する際の温度を検知可能であって、検知結果を無線通信により送信可能な温度センサと、前記既設構造物の外部に配置され、予め取得された前記裏込め材が硬化する際の発熱温度に関するデータを記憶するとともに、前記温度センサから受信した温度データを記録する情報処理装置44と、を備える。【選択図】図1
