To provide an automatic parking management system, an automatic parking management method, and a program so as to continue an automatic parking service.SOLUTION: Infrastructure sensors (S1, S2, S3, S4) for detecting a preset range in a parking lot (1) are provided in the parking lot. A mobile body provided with a periphery detection sensor is used, and the mobile body is movable to a detectable position where the periphery detection sensor of the mobile body can detect a detection range by the infrastructure sensor. When it is determined that there is an abnormality in the infrastructure sensor, the mobile body is moved to the detectable position, thereby the detection range of the infrastructure sensor is detected by the periphery detection sensor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
