To make it possible for a user to easily recognize whether or not a power feeding facility capable of being accommodated under a ground surface can be used.SOLUTION: A charging stand 1 is the power feeding facility capable of being stored under a ground surface GR. The charging stand 1 comprises a light-emitting device 13 and a control device 15. The light-emitting device 13 is configured to emit light toward an upper space of the ground surface GR. The control device 15 controls the light-emitting device 13. A first light-emitting mode of the light-emitting device 13 when the charging stand 1 can be used is different from a second light-emitting mode of the light-emitting device 13 when the charging stand 1 cannot be used.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
