To provide moisture-proof foamed wallpaper which has strong moisture-proofness and can withstand storage for a long period of time after coating of a construction paste.SOLUTION: Moisture-proof foamed wallpaper 10 includes a base material 20, a foamed resin layer 30, a pattern printing layer 40, and a surface protective layer 50, wherein the foamed resin layer 30 is formed so as to contain an aqueous emulsion resin as a main component, the base material 20 has a paper layer 70 and a moisture-proof layer 60, in the moisture-proof layer 60, an anchor coat layer 61 contains first polyolefin having at least one selected from a carboxyl group, a salt of the carboxyl group, a carboxylic acid anhydride group and carboxylate, the overcoat layer 64 contains second polyolefin having at least one selected from a carboxyl group, a salt of a carboxyl group, a carboxylic acid anhydride group and carboxylate, and a resin layer 62 containing a polyvinyl alcohol-based resin is provided between the paper layer 70 and the anchor coat layer 61 or the anchor coat layer 61 and a vapor-deposited layer 63.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】強力な防湿性を有し施工糊の塗工後の長時間の保存に耐え得る防湿発泡壁紙を提供する。【解決手段】防湿発泡壁紙１０は、基材２０と発泡樹脂層３０と絵柄印刷層４０と表面保護層５０と、を備え、発泡樹脂層３０は水性エマルジョン樹脂を主成分として形成され、基材２０は紙層７０と防湿層６０とを有し、防湿層６０において、アンカーコート層６１はカルボキシル基、カルボキシル基の塩、カルボン酸無水物基及びカルボン酸エステルより選ばれる少なくとも１種を有する第１のポリオレフィンを含み、オーバーコート層６４は、カルボキシル基、カルボキシル基の塩、カルボン酸無水物基及びカルボン酸エステルより選ばれる少なくとも１種を有する第２のポリオレフィンを含み、紙層７０とアンカーコート層６１との間又はアンカーコート層６１と蒸着層６３との間にポリビニルアルコール系樹脂を含む樹脂層６２が設けられている。【選択図】図１
