To provide a soundproof structure that can effectively reduce noise from a noise source side on a sound receiving side.SOLUTION: There is provided a soundproof structure 12 installed in a wall body 11 that separates space into a noise source side and a sound receiving side to reduce noise on the sound receiving side, which comprises: a plurality of acoustic tubes (a noise source side acoustic tube 121, and a sound receiving side acoustic tube 122) installed along the upper edge of the wall body 11; and an external sound absorbing member 123 on a surface facing the noise source side in the noise side acoustic tube 121.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
