To enhance the convenience of a remote-control system that uses multiple mobile devices to enable remotely controlling the operation of a control device.SOLUTION: A reception unit 141 accepts first request information RQ1 transmitted wirelessly from a first mobile device 11 for remote control of a locking device 31 and a second request information RQ2 transmitted wirelessly from a second mobile device 12 for remote control of the locking device 31. If the operation of the locking device specified by the first request information RQ1 and the operation of the locking device 31 specified by the second request information RQ2 differ, a processing unit 142 causes the locking device 31 to perform one of the two specified operations.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
