DUST REMOVAL STRUCTURE FOR WATER PASSAGE
To properly catch to discharge dust flowing in a water passage by utilizing rotation force rotating by water flow in a water passage.SOLUTION: A dust removal structure for a water passage comprises: a bar screen 10 which has a circular arc portion 11 protruding obliquely upward at an upstream side of a water passage 100, in which a plurality of slits S receiving dust are formed in a comb shape, and whose lower end 12a at an upstream side is fixed to a lower side of the water passage; a drum 20 which has a cylindrical shape provided at a downstream side of the bar screen 10, in which a plurality of claw portions 22 which protrudes from a circumference face, which goes into the slits S, and on which dust is placed are formed, and which rotates by water flow; and a dust receiver 30 provided at a downstream side of the drum 20, extending in a comb shape in a width direction, and receiving dust released from the bar screen 10 to make the dust flow in the width direction. Tips of the claw portions 22 of the drum 20 protrude outward from the slits S from a position just above a rotation axis of the drum 20 to a position just beside the rotation axis at the upstream side, and do not protrude outward from the slits S at a position rotating to a downstream side from the position just above the rotation axis 21 of the drum 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】水路の水流によって回転する回転力を利用して水路を流れる塵芥を良好に捕捉して排出する。【解決手段】水路100の上流で斜め上方に向かって突出した円弧部11を有し塵芥を受け止める複数のスリットSが櫛状に形成され、上流側下端部12aが水路下部側に固定されたバースクリーン10と、バースクリーン10の下流側に設けられた円筒形状で、円周面から突出してスリットSに入り込み塵芥を上載する複数のツメ部22が形成され、水流によって回転するドラム20と、ドラム20下流側に設けられ樋状で幅方向に延びバースクリーン10から解放された塵芥を受けて幅方向に流す塵芥受30を備え、ドラム20のツメ部22の先端は、ドラム20の回転軸の真上から上流側真横まではスリットSよりも外方に突出するが、ドラム20の回転軸21の真上から下流側に回転した位置でスリットSよりも外方に突出しなくなるようにした。【選択図】図1
