To provide an information processing server, a program, and a system that ensure collection of a delivery object by a regular recipient.SOLUTION: In a system including a storage device, an information processing server, a recipient terminal, and a deliverer terminal, the information processing server includes a generation unit that generates a digital key used in unlocking of the storage device capable of storing a delivery object, and a communication unit that distributes the digital key to the deliverer terminal used by a deliverer who delivers the delivery object and the recipient terminal used by a recipient of the delivery object. The generation unit generates the digital key using a telephone number of the recipient received from the recipient terminal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
