CASING FOR GROUND REINFORCEMENT
To provide a casing for ground reinforcement, which enables drilling to a desired depth while ensuring workability and safety by realizing light weight on the basis of an idea of forming a pile head through sweeping of a projection part regarding a ground reinforcement method of a compacting drilling type.SOLUTION: A notch 33 is provided to a projection part 19 to be engaged with a projection 9 provided on a casing body 3 side. The projection 9 is engaged with a recessed corner surface 33c to be moved accompanying drilling work. Also, the projection 9 is engaged with a recessed corner surface 33d to be moved accompanying lifting work. Thus, the accompanying movement is first made in the drilling work. The projection part 19 is detained through disengagement in the midway. The drilling work is further carried on to the position of a prescribed depth. In the lifting work, the projection part 19 detained in the midway is engaged to make accompanying movement, and thus the entire part is lifted. In the drilling work, the projection 9 is firmly fitted in a key hole of the notch 33 to realize pulling-down, thereby facilitating the work.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】圧土削孔タイプの地盤補強工法に関して、張出し部の掃引により杭頭を造成するアイデアを基に、軽量化を実現して、施工性や安全性を確保しつつ、所望の深さまで削孔できる、地盤補強用ケーシングの提供。【解決手段】張出し部19に切欠き部33を設けて、ケーシング本体3側に設けた突起9を係合させる。突起9を凹角面33cに係合させて、削孔作業の際に連れ移動させる。また、突起9を凹角面33dに係合させて、引揚げ作業の際に連れ移動させる。従って、削孔作業では最初に連れ移動させ、途中で張出し部19を係合解除により留置させて、更に削孔作業をして所定の深さ位置まで削孔し、引揚げ作業では途中で留置していた張出し部19を係合させて連れ移動させることで、全体を引き揚げる。削孔作業では、切欠き部33の鍵穴に突起9がカチッと引っ掛かった状態になり、引張り下げることになり、作業が楽になっている。【選択図】 図6
