To provide an air conditioning facility that restrains a decrease in cooling efficiency caused by dew condensation water, growth of mold in a pipe, and corrosion of the pipe.SOLUTION: An air conditioning facility according to the present invention comprises an outside air inlet port, an outside air outlet port, and an air supply pipe connecting the outside air inlet port and the outside air outlet port to each other, and at least partially buried in the ground. The air supply pipe comprises a first passage, and a second passage. A cooling pipe through which a cooling medium flows is arranged inside the first passage.
