To provide a temporary hydroelectric generator capable of being installed in non-rapid and general rivers, eliminating complicated procedures such as water rights issues and legal procedures under the river law, etc., and capable of generating power that is usable as driving power of a motor or the like even when a battery is charged once, and a construction method for river construction.SOLUTION: A temporary hydroelectric generator 1 installed in a temporary facility for river construction where temporary scaffolding is installed on a river, comprises a water channel 2 installed in the temporary facility for river construction, and a power generator 3 installed in the water channel 2. On the upstream side of the water channel 2, a water collection channel 4 is installed to collect the water of the river into the water channel 2, and a frontage width of the water collection channel 4 is 2.4 times or more a width of the water channel 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】急流でない一般的な河川にも設置でき、水利権等の問題や河川法等による法的手続など煩雑な手続が不要で、バッテリーに一旦充電してもモーター等の駆動電力として使用可能な電力を発電できる仮設水力発電装置及び河川工事の施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】河川上に仮設足場を設置して工事を行う河川工事の仮設施設に設けられた仮設水力発電装置1において、河川工事の仮設施設に設置された水路2と、この水路2に設置された発電装置3と、を備え、水路2の河川上流側に、河川の水を水路2に集める集水路4を設置し、集水路4の間口幅を、水路2の幅の2.4倍以上とする。【選択図】図1
