CONCRETE STOPPING MATERIAL WITH RIBS AROUND SLAB
To provide a concrete stopping material with ribs around a slab which is excellent in workability and economic efficiency and which can form (deform) ribs having a constant width into a shape of a substantially flat end closing without requiring a corresponding molding die each time, and prevent slag leakage of placed concrete even when it is required to manufacture a wide variety of concrete stopping materials with ribs with different shapes by introducing a processing technique that crushes and closes the ends of the ribs.SOLUTION: A concrete stopping material 1 with ribs is a substantially L-shaped metal strip including a lower side portion 2 placed on an upper surface of a beam member 10 and a side portion 3 rising substantially perpendicularly from one side end of the lower side portion 2. Inwardly protruding ribs 4 are formed in a substantially L-shape in a direction orthogonal to a longitudinal direction at intervals in the longitudinal direction of the metal strip. In addition, there is provided a processed portion 5 for closing an end where the rib 4 on the other side end portion of the lower side portion 2 is crushed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】リブの小口を押し潰して塞ぐ加工技術を導入することにより、形状が異なる多品種のリブ付きコンクリート止め材の製作を求められる場合であっても、都度対応する成形金型を必要とすることなく前記一定幅のリブを略平坦状の小口塞ぎの形状に形成（変形）し、打設コンクリートのノロ漏れを防止することができる、施工性、経済性に優れたスラブ廻りのリブ付きコンクリート止め材を提供する。【解決手段】前記リブ付きコンクリート止め材１は、梁材１０の上面に載る下辺部２と、前記下辺部２の一側端から略垂直に立ち上がる側辺部３とよりなる略Ｌ字状の金属条材であって、前記金属条材の長手方向に間隔をあけて前記長手方向と直交する方向の略Ｌ字状の内側に突出するリブ４が形成されている。また、前記下辺部２の他側端部のリブ４が押し潰された小口を塞ぐ加工部５を備えている。【選択図】図１
