To provide a folding door device making a folding door run stably, having an excellent appearance design.SOLUTION: The folding door device comprises: a guide rail (20) mounted parallel to a top wall face (W1a) of a wall body (W1) provided with an opening (OP); a folding door panel (10) that slides along the guide rail (20), to which a suspended side panel (11) and a door end side panel (12) are connected in a foldable manner; a suspended side slider part (43) provided in the suspended side panel (11) so as to be slidable on the guide rail (20); a door end side slider part (53) provided on the door end side panel (12) so as to be slidable on the guide rail (20); an end part engaging member (60) mounted on the guide rail (20), formed so as to engage with the suspended side slider part (43); and a cover (70) that covers the end part engaging member (60), the suspended side slider part (43), and the door end side slider part (53) from above.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
