To provide a coating composition that forms a film having heat-shielding properties, excellent tactile feel, and water repellency, a film formed with the coating composition, and a laminate having a film formed with the coating composition.SOLUTION: A coating composition comprises the following components (A) and (B): (A) 5 to 80 pts.mass in terms of solid content of an emulsion of silicone-acrylic copolymer resin, the emulsion being a copolymer of (a1) 40 to 90 pts.mass of a specific polyorganosiloxane and (a2) 10 to 60 pts.mass of a methacrylic ester monomer (a total of (a1) and (a2) components is 100 parts by mass), and having a glass transition temperature of 0°C or higher; and (B) 20 to 95 pts.mass of a metal oxide (provided that the total of the solid content in (A) component and the amount of (B) component is 100 pts.mass).SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】本発明は、遮熱性、優れた触感、撥水性を有する皮膜を形成する塗料組成物、及び該塗料組成物からなる皮膜、並びに該塗料組成物による皮膜を有する積層体を提供する。【解決手段】下記（Ａ）及び（Ｂ）成分を含む、塗料組成物（Ａ）（ａ１）特定のポリオルガノシロキサン４０～９０質量部と（ａ２）メタクリル酸エステル単量体１０～６０質量部（（ａ１）及び（ａ２）成分の合計は１００質量部である）との共重合物であり、ガラス転移温度０℃以上を有するシリコーンアクリル共重合樹脂のエマルジョン：固形分量で５～８０質量部、及び（Ｂ）金属酸化物：２０～９５質量部（但し、（Ａ）成分中の固形分量及び（Ｂ）成分量の合計は１００質量部である）。【選択図】なし
