To provide: a method for producing a heat-storing concrete block that can easily fill voids of a porous concrete block with heat-storing material and prevent leakage of the filled heat-storing material; and a heat-storing concrete block that is easy to produce and can prevent leakage of the heat-storing material.SOLUTION: A method of producing a heat-storing concrete block 60, includes the steps of filling voids 12 of a porous concrete block 10 with a mixture 40 of a heat-storing material 20 heated to a melting point thereof or higher and a gelling agent 30, and gelling the mixture 40 filled in the concrete block 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
