To suppress movement or deformation of a permanent form so as not to affect a cross sectional shape of a continuous footing.SOLUTION: A foundation-earth floor integrated structure includes: a permanent form 2 along an embankment 4; and a continuous footing 3 located on the opposite side of the embankment of the permanent form 2, wherein at least a base portion 7 of the continuous footing 3 and earth floor-concrete 5 adjacent to the continuous footing 3 are cast integrally. The permanent form 2 includes: multiple shuttering plates 11; and a connecting plate 12 that connects the shuttering plates 11 together in a ring shape in a plan view.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
