To provide a woody shaft member having excellent strain energy absorption performance and capable of suppressing cracks that may occur when a building frame is deformed, and a building frame having excellent seismic performance.SOLUTION: A woody shaft member 80 has a woody body 10 with a housing hole 12 and a joint metal fitting 15 embedded in the housing hole 12. The joint metal fitting 15 has a steel first pipe 20 having a first hollow part 21 and a first screw groove 22, a steel shaft member 30 having a core material 31 and a first screw 32 larger in diameter than the core material 31 and a second screw 33, and a steel first cotter 40 having a second hollow part 41 and a second screw groove 42. A part of the first pipe 20 is housed in the second hollow part 41, and the shaft member 30 is housed in the second hollow part 41 and the first hollow part 21. The first screw groove 22 and the first screw 32, and the second screw groove 42 and the second screw 33 are screw-fixed. A steel second pipe 50 is provided on the periphery of the first pipe 20 and on the inner side in the axial direction of the wooden body 10 than the first cotter 40.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】歪みエネルギー吸収性能に優れ、建物架構が変形した際に生じ得る割裂を抑制できる木質軸部材と、耐震性能に優れた建物架構を提供すること。【解決手段】木質軸部材80は、収容孔12を備えた木質本体10と、収容孔12に埋設される接合金具15とを有し、接合金具15は、第1中空部21と第1ネジ溝22を備えている鋼製の第1パイプ20と、芯材31と芯材31よりも大径の第1ネジ32及び第2ネジ33を備える鋼製の軸部材30と、第2中空部41と第2ネジ溝42を備えている鋼製の第1コッター40とを有し、第2中空部41に第1パイプ20の一部が収容され、第2中空部41と第1中空部21に軸部材30が収容され、第1ネジ溝22と第1ネジ32、第2ネジ溝42と第2ネジ33がネジ固定され、第1パイプ20の周囲であって、第1コッター40よりも木質本体10の軸方向内側に、鋼製の第2パイプ50が設けられている。【選択図】図1
