DOOR BODY AND ASSEMBLY METHOD OF DOOR BODY
To provide an assembly method of a door body allowing a window frame member 7 in a four-side peripheral frame shape placed in a door body 1 to be easily assembled so as to prevent strength loss by keeping flatness upon assembling first and second frame members 8 and 9 in a vertical direction and a lateral direction.SOLUTION: An assembly method comprises steps of: forming notched parts 8d and 9d in one leg parts 8b and 9b of first and second frame members 8 and 9; forming notched groove parts 8e and 9e in respective saddle piece parts 8a and 9a; and assembling the first and second frame members 8 and 9 to each other for the window frame member 7 in a state in which the other leg parts 8c and 9c are placed on the notched parts 8d and 9d, respectively, and the saddle piece parts 8a and 9a are positioned on the notched groove parts to form the window frame member 7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】ドア体１に設けられる四周枠状の窓枠材７を、縦横の第一、第二フレーム材８、９を用いて組み立てるにあたり、平面性を維持し強度を損なうことがないようにして簡単に組み込むことができるようにする。【解決手段】第一、第二フレーム材８、９の一方の脚片部８ｂ、９ｂに切り欠き片部８ｄ、９ｄを形成し、跨片部８ａ、９ａに切り欠き溝部８ｅ、９ｅを形成して、窓枠材７を、切り欠き片部８ｄ、９ｄに他方の脚片部８ｃ、９ｃが位置し、切り欠き溝部に跨片部８ａ、９ａが位置する状態で第一、第二フレーム材８、９同士を組み付けることで窓枠材７を形成する。【選択図】図７
