Bolts joining the plurality of wood members penetrate the buckling restraint material in a direction that is approximately perpendicular to the axis of a core material and include a first bolt 25a and a second bolt 25b that are positioned approximately parallel on both sides of the core material. The buckling restraint material includes plywood 23a and 23b which is a laminated member of a plurality of plates, including plates whose wood fiber direction is approximately perpendicular to the axis of the core material, and the plywood is continuous between the first and second bolts on both sides of the core material 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】鋼からなる芯材の周囲に複数の木質部材からなる座屈拘束材を装着したブレースにおいて、座屈拘束材を簡単な構造にするとともに、木質部材の割れや接合された複数の木質部材間の剥離を抑え、十分な強度を有する座屈拘束材とする。【解決手段】 鋼製の細長いプレート状の芯材11の周囲を囲むように複数の木質部材を結合して座屈拘束材21とする。複数の木質部材を結合するボルトは、芯材の軸線とほぼ直角となる方向に座屈拘束材を貫通するものであって、芯材の両側でほぼ平行に配置された第1のボルト25aと第2のボルト25bとを含む。座屈拘束材は、木の繊維の方向が芯材の軸線とほぼ直角となった板材を含む複数の板材を貼り合わせた集成部材である合板23a,23bを含み、合板は芯材11の両側で第1のボルトと第2のボルトとの間で連続するものとする。【選択図】図2
