To provide an air conditioner with a chair function capable of avoiding high cost of the air conditioner and capable of realizing a comfortable work environment for each seated person with less power consumption, and a low-cost, comfortable booth comprising the air conditioner with the chair function.SOLUTION: An air conditioner 10 with a chair function is configured such that an air conditioning unit 2 forming conditioned air TK and a chair 1 are combined, where the air conditioning unit is housed in an inside 1N of the chair, and formed so as to be able to blow conditioned air toward an outside 1G of the chair. The air conditioning unit is housed in a storage room 12 formed in an empty space below a seating part 11 of the chair, and a ventilation port 14 communicating with the air conditioning unit is formed in an outer peripheral part 13 of the chair.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
