METHOD FOR REDUCING LARGE DISASTER DUE TO TYPHOON
To solve the problem that in Japan, huge economical loss or loss of human life occurs due to loss of human life or damage of a structure due to typhoon every year.SOLUTION: Temperature variation of sea water due to undulation of sea water is utilized using low temperature air. (July to October every year, where there is downtime of a cooler from 0 AM to 5 AM everyday). (Example 1) When 2 km3/min of air (temperature of 10°C) is emitted to 1,000 kL of sea water (temperature of 30°C), a sea water temperature becomes 20°C. (Example 2) A blower of 1,500 m3/H is used.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 日本は毎年台風によって、人命の喪失又建造物等の被害によって、多大な経済的損失又人命の喪失を被っている。【解決手段】 低温エアーを使用し海水の波動による海水の温度変化を利用する。(毎年7月~10月の間実施し、毎日AM0時からAM5時迄は冷却機の休止時間を設ける事)(例1)海水(温度30度)の1000klにエアー(温度10度)の2km3/minを放出すると海水温度は20度となる。(例2)送風機=1500m3/Hを使用。【選択図】図1
