VEHICLE DOOR OPENING-CLOSING DEVICE
To solve the problem that in conventional opening-closing devices, when a door is closed, there is an operating resistance of an actuator, which may be a burden on an operator.SOLUTION: An actuator A, which generates an assist force according to an opening-closing operation force of a door D, includes: a motor 1 as a drive source; a push rod 2 whose tip is connected to a vehicle body side; a transmission mechanism 3 that converts the rotational motion of the motor 1 into the reciprocal motion of the push rod 2; and a motor control part 4. A vehicle door opening-closing device includes an operation part 11 that is operated when closing the door D. In the vehicle door opening-closing device, the motor control part 4 has a function of driving the motor 1 in a door closing direction based on signals from the operation unit 11, and a driving force by the motor 1 in the door closing direction is a force of a level at which the door D does not move, thereby an initial burden when closing the door is reduced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】従来の開閉装置は、ドアを閉じる際、アクチュエータの作動抵抗があるので、操作者の負担になる虞があるという問題点があった。【解決手段】ドアDの開閉操作力に応じてアシスト力を発生させるアクチュエータAが、駆動源であるモータ1と、先端部を車体側に連結したプッシュロッド2と、モータ1の回転運動をプッシュロッド2の進退運動に変換する伝達機構3と、モータ制御器4とを備え、ドアDを閉じる際に操作する操作部11を備え、モータ制御部4が、操作部11からの信号に基づいてモータ1をドア閉方向に駆動する機能を有し、モータ1によるドア閉方向の駆動力が、ドアDが動かないレベルの力である車両用ドアの開閉装置とし、ドアを閉操作する際の初期の負担を軽減する。【選択図】図1
