To provide a repairing device and a repairing method capable of making a repaired portion inconspicuous.SOLUTION: A repairing device comprises: a determination section that determines a repair image based on a first image of a portion of a floor surface that is different from a portion to be repaired and is not discolored; and an image forming section performing the repair by forming the repair image on the portion to be repaired.
