HORIZONTAL LOCK PIN STRUCTURE USED IN WORK MACHINE BUCKET, AND WORK MACHINE BUCKET HAVING THE HORIZONTAL LOCK PIN STRUCTURE
To provide a horizontal lock pin structure used in a work machine bucket which improves safety of an operator due to simplification and facilitation of operability during attaching/detaching operation and elimination of strong stroke.SOLUTION: In a horizontal lock pin structure 1 that is configured so that a tooth board 3 fit to an adapter 2 mounted on the side of an excavation edge part of a work machine bucket is connected to the adapter 2 in a manner capable of locking or releasing locking, a groove hole 4 for a lock receiving body 21 and an insertion hole 5 for a horizontal lock pin 11 that each penetrate in a horizontal direction are provided in the adapter 2 and the tooth board 3 in a communication state, and the integration of a groove part provided in the horizontal lock pin 11 and a projection pin structure of the lock receiving body 21 is performed by lock fitting or the integration thereof is released by lock fitting release, on the basis of engagement with the insertion hole 5 on an outer periphery of a horizontal lock pin body 12 inserted and arranged in the insertion hole, and rotational operation of the horizontal lock pin body with respect to the lock receiving body 21 of the projection pin structure fixedly arranged in the groove hole 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】着脱操作時の操作性の簡略容易化と強打撃の不要化による作業者の安全性の向上を図った作業機械バケットに用いる横型ロックピン構造を提供する。【解決手段】作業機械バケットの掘削縁部側に取り付けたアダプタ2に対して、このアダプタ2に嵌着するツース盤3をロック、又はロック解除可能に連結するように構成した横型ロックピン構造1で、前記アダプタ2及びツース盤3に、各々横方向に貫通するロック受体21用の溝孔4及び横型ロックピン11用の挿通穴5を連通状態に設け、この挿通穴に挿通配置した横型ロックピン本体12外周の前記挿通穴5との係合と、前記溝孔4に固定配置した突出ピン構造のロック受体21に対する前記横型ロックピン本体回転操作に基づいて、横型ロックピン本体11に設けた溝部とロック受体21の前記突出ピン構造とのロック嵌合による一体化、又はロック嵌合解除による一体化解除を行う。【選択図】図1
