CALCULATION DEVICE, CALCULATION METHOD, AND CALCULATION PROGRAM OF GATE VALVE OPENING
To provide a calculation device precisely calculating gate valve opening corresponding to a target outlet flow rate per each of outlet flow facilities.SOLUTION: A calculating device comprises: a measured reservoir level acquisition section 31 as means acquiring a measured value of a reservoir level of a dam reservoir; a target outlet flow rate acquisition section 32 as means acquiring a target outlet flow rate of outlet flow facilities of the dam reservoir; and a target opening determination section 35A as means determining a target gate-valve opening to be set to the outlet flow facilities, wherein the opening determination section 35A inputs the measured value of the reservoir level of the dam reservoir and the target outlet flow rate of the outlet flow facilities upon the outlet flow operation to a learned model 282, on which machine learning is performed by using actual data regarding previous outlet flow operation on the same or same type of outlet flow facilities, and which not only inputs the reservoir level of the dam reservoir and the outlet flow facilities but outputs opening after operation of the gate-valve of the outlet flow facilities, to determine the opening after the operation of the gate-valve of the outlet flow facilities outputted from the learned model 282 as the target gate-valve opening.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
