SOUND INSULATION STRUCTURE BODY
To provide a sound insulation structure body that has a double-wall structure, is lightweight and easy to handle and manufacture, and has high sound insulation properties over a wide range of sounds.SOLUTION: A sound insulation structure body has a pair of plate-like base materials 2 which are put one over the other at an interval, a column part 4 which is between the pair of base materials 2, and a resonance part 3 which is shorter in height than the column part 4. The column part 4 at 25°C has a storage elastic modulus of 1.0×105 Pa to 1.0×107 Pa at a frequency of 1 Hz, and a loss tangent of 0.01 to 0.50, and also has one end fixed to one base material 2 and the other fixed to the other base material 2. The resonance part 3 consists of a resonance part base part 3a which has the same storage elastic modulus and loss tangent with the column part 4, and a resonance part weight part 3b which has a larger mass than the resonance part base part 3a, and the resonance part base part 3a has one end fixed to the one base material 2 and the other end fixed to one end of the resonance part weight part 3b, which does not have the other end fixed to the base material 2. Then 5 to 800 column parts 4 and 10 to 1,000 resonance parts 3 are provided in every area of 1,000 cm2 of the base material 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】二重壁構造で、軽量で取り扱いと製造が容易で、広範囲の音に高い遮音性を有する遮音構造体を提供する。【解決手段】間隔を置いて重なり合う1対の板状の基材2と、1対の基材2の間の支柱部4と支柱部4より高さが低い共振部3を有する。支柱部4は、25℃で周波数1Hzの貯蔵弾性率が1.0×105Pa~1.0×107Paで損失正接が0.01~0.50で、一端が一方の基材2に固定され他端が他方の基材2に固定されている。共振部3は、貯蔵弾性率と損失正接が支柱部4と同じ共振部基部3aと、共振部基部3aより質量が大きい共振部錘部3bとからなり、共振部基部3aの一端が一方の基材2に固定され他端が共振部錘部3bの一端に接合され、共振部錘部3bの他端は基材2に固定されない。基材2の面積1000cm2あたり5~800個の支柱部4と10~1000個の共振部3が設けられている。【選択図】図1
