WATERPROOF CONSTRUCTION METHOD AND WATERPROOF BOARD USED THEREFOR
To provide a waterproof construction method capable of sufficiently coping with unevenness in a substrate without causing shrinkage of a material by influence of a temperature due to solar radiation, allowing easy treatment of a joint part, and reduced in a construction period.SOLUTION: A water proof board is prepared by obliquely cutting an end part of a non-crosslinked or slightly crosslinked closed-cell foaming board 2 using polypropylene formed by laminating nonwoven fabric 3 on a surface as a main surface, and by spraying polyurea resin 4 onto the surface and end part of the board for coating. A concrete substrate 6 is applied with high-pressure washing, a fragile part is scraped after dried to some extent, two component type epoxy-based primer 7 is applied to the substrate 6, an adhesive/sealing material 8 of 100% polyurea is coated thereon, and the water proof board is stuck thereto by rolling. A top coat 9 formed of the two component type epoxy-based primer is applied for finishing to the water proof boards including connection joints thereof. The connection joints are filled with a joint sealing material 10 on the top coat.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】日射等の温度の影響で材料が収縮することもなく、下地不陸に十分対応でき、しかも、接合部の処理も簡易に行うことができ、従来と比較して工期を大幅に短縮できる。【解決手段】表面に不織布3を積層したポリプロピレンを主原料とする無架橋または微架橋の独立気泡発泡ボード2の端部を斜めにカットし、ボードの表面及び端面にポリウレア樹脂4を吹き付けて被覆した防水ボードを、コンクリート下地6を高圧洗浄し、ある程度乾いたら脆弱部をケレン掛けし、下地6に2成分型エポキシ系プライマー7を塗布し、その上にポリウレア100%の接着剤兼シーリング材8を塗布した上に、ローラーで転圧して貼り付け、防水ボード同士の接合目地も含めて2成分型エポキシ系プライマーによるトップコート9で仕上げ塗装し、接合目地にはトップコートの上に継手シール材10を充填する【選択図】図2
