To provide a construction method of a wiring chamber allowing early start-up of electric work for structuring the wiring chamber, and a wiring chamber unit.SOLUTION: In a method for constructing a wiring chamber in a building, a box-shaped frame with a size corresponding to a size of a space in the wiring chamber is installed at a position where the wiring chamber should be structured before structuring walls of the wiring chamber, and a relay device for relaying power supply or communication is installed inside the box-shaped frame.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
