To provide a boom attachment capable of easily converting a boom device to any placement specification corresponding to a concrete-placed state and a concrete-placing site.SOLUTION: A boom attachment 5 mounted on a tip of a boom 13 of a concrete distributor comprises: a body part 51 which is detachably mounted on a tip 134b of a fourth boom 134; a fixing member 52 which is detachably disposed on the body part 51 and fixes the body part 51 mounted on the tip 134b of the fourth boom 134 to the fourth boom 134; a first support member 53 which is disposed on the body part 51 and detachably supports an extended concrete pipe 17 arranged along the fourth boom 134; and a second support member 54 which is disposed on the body part 51 and supports a fixed elbow pipe 18 connected to a tip 17b of the extended concrete pipe 17.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
