TEMPORARY WORK TOOL, CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF ARTIFICIAL GROUND USING TEMPORARY WORK TOOL
To provide a temporary work tool dispensing with welding and realizing a construction method excellent in workability when constructing artificial ground, and a construction method of the artificial ground using therewith.SOLUTION: A temporary work tool 1 is used for construction of artificial ground 51, and comprises a fitting part 3 detachably fitted under a panel point block 59 in a steel pipe pile 53, a support plate part 5 provided above the fitting part 3, abutting on a lower end part of the panel point block 59 in a fitted state to the steel pipe pile 53 and supporting the block and closing the lower part of a space to prevent leakage of a filling material 61, and a positioning/stress transmission part 7 provided on an upper face of the support plate part 5 to surround an outer steel pipe 55 for positioning the horizontal direction of the panel point block 59 and transmitting the stress received from the panel point block 59 to the support plate 5. On an upper face of the support plate part 5, a water cut-off member Y is disposed at a position coming into contact with a lower end face of the outer steel pipe 55 of the panel point block 59, and a face coming into contact with the filling material 61 on the upper face of the support plate 5 is applied with water repellent treatment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】人工地盤を構築するに際して溶接が不要でかつ施工性に優れた構築方法を実現できる仮設治具、該仮設治具を用いた人工地盤の構築方法を得る。【解決手段】本発明に係る仮設治具1は、人工地盤51を構築する際に用いられるものであり、鋼管杭53における格点ブロック59の下方に着脱可能に取り付けられる取付部3と、取付部3の上部に設けられて鋼管杭53への取付状態で格点ブロック59の下端部に当接してこれを支持すると共に隙間の下方を閉止して充填材61の漏れるのを防止する支持板部5と、支持板部5の上面に外鋼管55を囲むように設けられて格点ブロック59の水平方向の位置決めと格点ブロック59から受ける応力を支持板部5に伝達する位置決め・応力伝達部7とを備え、支持板部5の上面に格点ブロック59の外鋼管55の下端面と接する位置に止水部材Yが配され、支持板部5の上面の充填材61と接する面が撥水加工されたものである。【選択図】 図1
