An edge 3 adjacent to the other building plate material 2 is an uneven edge part 4 in which projections 5 projecting to outer parts 22 and recesses 6 recessed to inner parts 23 are alternately provided on the edge 3, the projection 5 of the uneven edge part 4 of the building plate material 2 has such a shape as to be brought into contact with and fit to an outer side face 21 of the recess 6 of the uneven edge part 4 of the other adjacent building plate material 2, the recess 6 of the uneven edge part 4 of the building plate material 2 has such a shape as to be brought into contact with and fit to an outer side face 21 of the projection 5 of the uneven edge part 4 of the other adjacent building plate material 2, and the uneven edge parts 4 of the mutually adjacent building plate materials 2 are formed so that each of the projections 5 and the recesses 6 are fit to each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
