SINTERED COMPACT PRODUCTION METHOD, PRE-SINTERING MOLDED BODY AND SINTERED COMPACT
To provide a sintered compact production method capable of simultaneously obtaining plural sintered compacts by suitably pressurizing plural molded bodies by a hot isostatic pressing method, pre-sintering molded bodies, and sintered compacts.SOLUTION: A sintered compact production method has: a molded body formation step in which a powder material is compacted one by one of molded bodies to plurally form planar molded bodies one by one; and a sintered compact formation step in which the plural molded bodies are stored into a metallic capsule in a lamination state, and pressurization and heating are executed by a hot isostatic pressing method to form sintered compacts. In the sintered compact formation step, the plural molded bodies and a release material are stored into the metallic capsule so that the release material is arranged between the molded bodies in the lamination state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】複数の成形体を適切に熱間等方圧加圧法により加圧して複数の焼結体を同時に得ることができる焼結体の製造方法、焼結前成形体及び焼結体を提供する。【解決手段】粉末材料を成形体1枚分ずつ加圧して板状の成形体を1枚ずつ複数形成する成形体形成工程と、複数の成形体を金属製のカプセル内に積層状態に収容して、熱間等方圧加圧法により加圧及び加熱して焼結体を形成する焼結体形成工程と、を備え、焼結体形成工程では、積層状態において成形体間に離型材が配置されるように金属製のカプセル内に複数の成形体及び離型材を収容する。【選択図】図4
