【課題】本発明は、従来にない非常に実用的なガードケーブル緊張装置を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】ガードケーブル50の端部に設けられ支柱60に貫通状態で配設されているボルト軸51を引動することで当該ガードケーブル50を緊張させるためのガードケーブル緊張装置であって、前記支柱60の側周面60ａに当接する当接部２が設けられた装置本体１と、前記ボルト軸51に連結するボルト軸連結部３と、前記装置本体１に設けられ前記当接部２を前記支柱60に当接させた状態において前記ボルト軸51に連結された前記ボルト軸連結部３を前記支柱60に対し離反する方向に引動する引動手段４とを備えたものである。【選択図】図１
