JUNCTION STRUCTURE OF EXISTING CONCRETE GIRDER AND PRECAST SLAB
To provide a junction structure of an existing concrete girder and a precast slab that conforms to road bridge specifications.SOLUTION: In a junction structure 1 of an existing concrete girder and a precast slab that joins an existing concrete girder 2 from which an existing concrete slab is removed and a new precast slab 3 that is placed on and connected to the existing concrete girder 2, an upper end of a stirrup 20 is fixed to the upper surface of the existing concrete girder 2 by mechanical fixing means, an upper edge side reinforcing bar 30 of the precast slab 3 is surrounded by a new stirrup 31 having a hook portion 31a formed thereon, there are provided a girder side connection steel material 4 joined to the existing concrete girder 2, a slab side connection steel material 5 joined to the precast slab 3 and multiple connecting rods 6 that connect them, and by surrounding the upper edge side reinforcing bar 30 by the new stirrup 31 and the existing stirrup 20, the precast slab 3 is effectively joined to the existing concrete girder 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】道路橋示方書の規定を満足する既設コンクリート桁とプレキャスト床版との接合構造を提供する。【解決手段】既設コンクリート床版が撤去された既設コンクリート桁２と、既設コンクリート桁２上に載置されて接続された新設のプレキャスト床版３と、を接合する既設コンクリート桁とプレキャスト床版との接合構造１において、既設コンクリート桁２を、スターラップ２０の上端を機械式定着手段で既設コンクリート桁２の上面に定着し、プレキャスト床版３の上縁側鉄筋３０を、フック部３１ａが形成された新設のスターラップ３１で取り囲み、既設コンクリート桁２に接合された桁側連結鋼材４と、プレキャスト床版３に接合された床版側連結鋼材５と、これらを連結する複数の連結棒材６と、を備え、新設のスターラップ３１及び既設のスターラップ２０で上縁側鉄筋３０を取り囲むことにより、既設コンクリート桁２にプレキャスト床版３を有効に接合する。【選択図】図１
